摘    要:介绍了遥测技术在电力监测领域的典型应用及其瓶颈问题.以绝缘子遥测系统为实例,阐述了数据压缩的重要性;通过对绝缘子遥测数据的特性分析,论证了各信源内部以及不同信源间的强相关性;通过统计分析,设计了系统最优预测器和最优量化器;提出并实现了分段量化压缩算法,结合矩形波串法使信源冗余度大大降低;采用具有数值序列性的HSF(Huffman-Shannon-Fano)编码实现了高效变长压缩;对误码扩散性和帧长设计进行了分析,并根据现场测试结果对压缩效能进行了评估.论述的一整套压缩方案能广泛适用于电力系统的遥测领域,为电力系统状态监测更深入地发展提供了理论与实践依据.

Abstract:The typical application based on telemetry in the condition monitoring system of electric power systems and the current bottlenecks are presented. Taking insulators monitoring system as an example, the importance of data compression is expatiated. Through analyzing the properties of the telemetry data, the strong relativities both in each signal source and among themselves are demonstrated. According to the statistical results, the optimal predictors and quantizers are designed. In order to significantly reduce the signals' redundancies, a new subsection compression algorithm is proposed. Moreover, the HSF (Huffman-Shannon-Fano) coding technology is adopted to realize the effective variable length compression. The error propagation and the frame-length control are discussed. The compression efficiency is assessed and calculated by field running results. The whole compression scheme can be generalized in many condition monitoring systems based on telemetry, which provides the theoretical and practical basis for the further development of the condition monitoring technology for electric power industry.
