三段碳酸化法生产金属镓

介绍了一种氧化铝生产流程中回收镓的新方法－－三段碳酸化法。该方法利用氧化镓与氧化铝在碱性溶液中析出的酸度不同，控制碳酸化分解母液的pH值，通过二次分解析出氢氧化铝，使氧化镓与氧化铝初步分离；三次分解使镓完全析出，将镓酸钠沉淀溶解于氢氧化钠溶液，然后电解生产金属镓。该工艺简单，流程短，且提高了镓的回收率，减少了镓生产中氧化铝的损失。

Gallium Production of Three Stage Carbonization Process

A new method,three stage carbonization process,to reclaim gallium from alumna production is introduced.This method is based on the difference of acidity of alumina and gallium oxide precipitation in alkalic solution.Thus,gallium oxide and alumina oxide are primarily separated through two stages of carbonization precipitation by adjusting pH value of the solution and gallium is completely separated out in the three stage .The sodium galliumnate precipitate is dissolved in sodium hydroxide solution and metallic gallium is obtained by electrolysis.It is a simple process with short flow line,higher gallilum recovery rate and less alumina loss in gallium production.
