| 摘 要： | 以影响高校科技成果转化的要素为对象,引入成功率差值模型的定量计算,构造影响要素权重的矩阵模型,对上海工程技术大学科技成果的转化进行实证研究和分析,并按不同类型的要素分别制订不同的调整措施和对策.

| Abstract: | Taking the essestial factors that affects the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements of Shanghai's universities as the objective,introducing the quantitative method for calculating the difference of the rate of success,and constructing the matrix model of the essential factors,this paper makes a minute positive analysis on the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements in Shanghai University of Engineering Science,and work out different adjustment measures. to tackle with relevant affecting factors. |
