摘    要:分析了HRBF500E超细晶粒热轧抗震钢筋的技术要求。通过化学成分和控轧控冷工艺的优化设计,不添加任何微合金元素,实现了HRBF500E超细晶粒热轧抗震钢筋的批量生产,产品质量达到了GB1499.2—2007的要求,提高了产品档次和技术含量。

Abstract:The technical requirements of HRBF500E ultra-fine grain earthquake-resistant reinforced bar were analyzed. By the optimization design of chemical composition and controlled rolling and controlled cooling process, the HRBF500E uhra-fine grain earthquake-resistant reinforced bar without any micro-alloying elements was developed and realizing batch production. The product quality reached GB 1499.2-2007 requirements. It improved the product grade and the technical content.
