地表沉陷控制新途径

摘    要:地表沉陷控制的根本是治理覆岩破坏。而控制覆岩破坏的途径归纳为部分开采和充填开采。部分开采 ,影响采区布置 ,不易达到高产高效 ,煤炭采出率低 ;充填开采增加矿井设备和生产成本 ,且充填材料来源在某些矿区比较缺乏。由此提出利用国内外最新的技术 :覆岩离层注浆充填和采空区局部膏体充填 ,结合工作面优化设计技术 ,扬长避短 ,是一种技术上可行、经济有效的覆岩破坏控制新方法。

Abstract:It is a base for controlling surface subsidence to decrease the broken of cover strata and there are two ways: partial mining and stowing mining. Partial mining has influence on the layout of working section, hard to get high productivity and efficiency with low recovery ratio. Stowing mining increases mining equipment and productive cost and the stowing materials are lack in some coalmines.The paper presents a new way of grouting in discrete zone and stowing in goaf. It is a new technical feasibility and economic method to control surface subsidence,combined with optimum design of working face.
