| 摘 要： | 首先介绍连铸辊失效的基本形式，提出了极限寿命的概念及开展修复的意义．然后从不同角度分析了辊子裂纹产生的影响因素，并给出实际断口的典型形貌．最后就目前常用的修复方法进行了比较，提出修复新方法设想．

| Abstract: | In this paper the basic types of failure in continuous caster rollers are first introduced and the definition of limited life-span and the significance of renovation are given. Then the influence factors from the crack of rollers are analyzed from different points of view and the typical appearance of frcture is showed. At last the renovation methods commonly used at present are compared and a new renovation method is proposed. |
