| 摘 要： | 高效匀染剂ADL为两性型复配匀染剂,能显著提高锦纶染色的匀染性和重现性。生产实践表明,采用高效匀染剂ADL后,可提高升温速率,缩短染色时间,染色一次成功率可从原来的70%左右提高到95%以上,一等品率可从原来的80%左右提高到99%,染色吨产品耗水量可降低约30%。

| Abstract: | High efficiency leveling agent ADL is an amphoteric compound leveling agent, which can significantly improve the levelness and reproducibility of the nylon dyeings. The properties and application process of leveling agent ADL are introduced in this paper. Practical application shows that nylon dyeing with efficient leveling agent ADL can accelerate the heating rate, shorten dyeing time, improve right first dyeing rate from 70% to 95% and the first class product rate from 80% to 99% and reduce water consumption by 30%. |
