摘    要:以NI公司M系列数据采集卡PCI-6221为硬件,以LabVIEW 7.1和PID工具包为软件开发平台.设计了一个具有实时温度控制系统。该系统通过数据采集卡对现场的温度进行实时采集,并由开发的软件平台对采集的信号进行分析与处理,使当前温度值逼近设定值,从而实现温度的实时控制。同时将采集的数据存盘,以备系统运行时随时查阅和分析。调试结果表明。该系统具有界面友好、测量精度高、安全可靠、易于操作等特点。

Abstract:In this paper,a real-time temperature controlling system is designed by using the M series data acquisition card PCI-6221 produced by NI company,and taking LabVIEW7.1 and its PID tool package as software designing platform. The system can acquire the signal of real-time temperature on spot by data acquisition card,then analyze and process it in software platform to control the current temperature approaching to the set-point,so that real-time temperature controlling can be achieved. Simultaneously,it can save the acquired data record for analysis and check at any moment whether system is running. The debugging result indicates that the designed system in the thesis is of characteristic of friendly interface,better measurement and control with high precision,very safe and credible work, and simply operation.
