锅炉采用膜式省煤器方案的研究

摘    要:膜式省煤器在国内的应用刚刚起步,目前还存在不少有待研究解决的问题.本文简要地阐明了影响锅炉省煤器磨损的因素,介绍了膜式省煤器的特点,特别是根据国内外膜式受热面的研究结果和使用情况,提出了膜式省煤器设计和制造的若干建议,并据此针对一台220t/h锅炉进行了膜式省煤器方案设计,最后将设计计算的结果与原光管式省煤器进行了技术经济比较,得到了具有实际意义的结论.

Abstract:The application of membrane type boiler economizer in our country is just at its very beginning. At present, there are still some few problems which need solving. This paper simply explains the factors which influence the anti-detrition for boiler economizer and the measures taken, introduces the features of membrane type boiler economizer. Specially, according to the research results and the applied conditions of the membrane type heating surface in our country and foreign parts, some suggestions are proposed, concerning the design and manufacture of the boiler economizer. Design of a memberane type boiler economizer for a 220t/h boiler is made. At the same time, the membrane type boiler economizer has been compared with the original typical pipe-type economizer concerning the technical data and economic accounting. As a result, a practical conclusion is made.
