摘    要:为避免饮料中柠檬酸的过量使用所致的中毒隐患,研究了柠檬酸对机体产生不良影响的原因,通过实验室仿制饮料的毒理试验,测定了柠檬酸对受度菠鼠生化指标的影响,证实长期饮用5%的柠檬酸可使小鼠肝脏受损。

Abstract:A toxicological experiment was done to test the effects of long-term drinking artificial beverages containing high concentration of citric acid on the physiological responses of mice. The results showed that long-time drinking beverages containing 5% citric acid could cause liver damage.
