SINCO陶瓷粉末吸波性的初步研究

摘    要:对SINCO粉末的吸波性作了初步研究。对以氯硅烷为单体合成的聚硅氮烷,经裂解、球磨制得的黑色粉末进行了红外、相分析、元素分析及吸波性测试,并通过发迹单体配比,发迹粉末中C元素的含量,探究粉末吸波性的变化。实验结果表明,黑色粉末为硅的氮碳氧复合化合物,预相的SINCO陶瓷存在;SINCO粉末在38.0 ̄39.5GHz高频带表现出较好吸波性,衰减大于10dB;SINCO粉末与Fe3O4按一定比例复配后

Abstract:A series of SINCO powders were prepared from polysilazane and characterized by X ray diffraction analysis, infrared spectra, ultimate analysis, and the property of microwave absorption of the powders was determined. The results show that the SINCO powders are composed of SiC, Si 3N 4, Si 2N 2O, SiO 2, and belong to inorganic non metal materials, so the anticipated SINCO ceramic is proved: SINCO ceramic powders have high absorption between 38~39.5 GHz; SINCO Fe 3O 4 composite sample has excellent absorption between 32~39.5 GHz, and low surface density, and microwave absorption of SINCO Fe 3O 4 composite sample can be improved by increasing the content of phenyl in polysilazane. Therefore, these powers have promising uses in the field of microwave absorption.
