摘    要:利用ARM技术和ZigBee技术设计了一种用于纺纱车间的温湿度无线监控系统.针对实际环境中温湿度控制大时滞、非线性、难以精确建模的特点,系统以ARM 920T内核S3C2410芯片为控制核心,采用模糊控制算法实现了对温湿度的自动控制,具有良好的适应性和稳定性,操作简便,较好解决了纺纱车间对温湿度要求高,人工调节不便的问题.

Abstract:By using ARM and ZigBee technology, the temperature and humidity wireless monitoring system used in spinning workshop was designed. Considering the controlling characteristics of the real environment, such as high control delay, nonlinearity and difficultly accurate modeling, the ARM 920T microcontroller S3C2410 core was used as the core to realize the automatic control of the temperature and humidity by the fuzzy control algorithm. This system shows good adaptability and stability, and can be operated easily. The accurate adjustment of the temperature and humidity are needed in the spinning workshop, which is inconvenient for the manual adjustment. But the problem can be solved by this system.
