| 摘 要： | 随着我国招生事业的发展，远程招生、远程录取、网上阅卷等正在发展之中。基于浏览器／服务器的Web形式的系统有着广泛的应用前景。对招生中电子人像采集、基于Web形式的MIS系统进行了讨论，提出了自己的构思：采用插件ActiveX与ASP．NET做前端网页，采用VB．NET开发服务器的具体措施。讨论了系统的设计和实现过程。该系统可用于Web形式的人像采集，有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | It is popular to design and develop a Web based Database system for network enroll and taking picture currently. A practical model to implement the application based on Web is proposed ,and a practical system which works on the model is introduced. Then the principle ,all of the function components and the implementing methods of the Web system are described. Finally ,the key of the application of the Web system on network is introduced. |
