| 摘 要： | 采用乙腈萃取和GC-FPD检测的方法,研究了毒死蜱在番石榴果皮、全果及果肉中的残留分布规律.结果表明:果皮中毒死蜱残留量最多,全果中次之,果肉中最少,喷药13 d后,果皮、全果及果肉中的残留量分别为0.075、0.052、0.038 mg/kg.随着喷药时间的延长,果皮和全果中农药的残留量降低,果肉中毒死蜱的残留趋势为先升高后逐渐降低.

| Abstract: | Studied the residual distribution regularity of chlorpyrifos extracted by acetonitrile and analysed by gas chroma- tography (GC) with FPD detector. It is shown that 13 d after spraying, the chlorpyrifos residual in guava pericarp, whole guava and guava pulp are 0.075, 0.052, 0.038 mg/kg respectively. With the prolonging of spraying time, the chlorpyrifos residual in guava pericarp and whole guava are reducing, and that of the pulp go up first and then down. |
