新型针布梳理工艺特性、选用配套及新品开发的研究分析

分析了新型针布的特点、型号规格、选用配套、优良纺纱效果及新品开发等。与老型号针布相比,说明新型针布能明显地改善生条、成纱质量,特别在降低棉结、改善条干均匀度、单强不匀率等方面有明显的效果,并针对国内外高产梳棉机及其针布,结合我国实践,提出了新产品开发建议。

Approaching Analysis of Card Process Performance,Selection of Self Contain as well as New Product Development of the New Card Clothing

Analysis is done to the features,specifications,selection,spinning effect and new product development of new card clothing.Comparasion analysis with the conventinal shows that the new can markedly improve the quality of sliver and resultant yarn,especially in reduction of cotton neps and improving the regularity of the sliver as well as single yarn strength irregularity.Some suggestions are put forth as to the carding machine with hi-yields both at home and abroad as well as the their relocation in China.
