摘    要:在顺利完成某电厂200MW机组整组启动调试的基础上,针对调试中存在的问题进行了深入的分析和探讨,如润滑油泵低油压联锁、辅助分散控制系统的电气联锁、汽轮机数字式电液调节系统和液压系统在设计和试验中存在的问题,以及汽轮机首次冲转时右侧主汽门水冲击现象和热态停机后中压缸上下缸温差大等问题,并提出若干解决措施和对策。实践证明这些措施和对策是正确和可行的。

Abstract:Based on the successful unit start-up and commissioning of a certain 200 MW steam turbine generator unit, this paper investigates the problems in the commissioning, such as the design and test of the low oil pressure interlock for lubricating pump, electric interlock for auxiliary distributed control system, steam turbine digital electro-hydraulic (DEH) control system and its hydraulic system. The liquid shock on the right-side main steam valve and pipe during first turbine starting-up as well as the over difference in temperature of upper and lower halves of IP cylinder after hot shutdown are also analyzed. Some countermeasures are presented, which prove to be correct and feasible in practice.
