摘    要:以弥散随机形核、各向同性长大为前提 ,利用体视学原理处理晶粒碰撞 ,导出用积分方程和微分 积分方程表述的固态相变动力学方程。在形核率和长大速度均为常数的情况下 ,这两个方程的数值解与n =4的JMAK方程几乎完全吻合。用数值计算方法得到了早期形核地点饱和以及变速长大条件下的动力学曲线。探讨了固态相变动力学的相似性

Abstract:Under the presumption of random nucleation and isotropic growth, the kinetic equations of solid|solid phase transformations are derived in the form of integral equation and differential|integral equation while the grain impingement is treated with the stereoscopic principle. The numerical solution of the derived kinetic equations under the condition of constant nucleation rate and constant growth rate is almost identical to the Johnson|Mehl|Avrami|Kolmogorov kinetic equation with n =4. The kinetics of early site|saturated nucleation and declined growth are simulated respectively. The kinetic similarity of phase transformation is introduced and discussed.
