粉煤灰负载铈吸附剂的制备研究

摘    要:研制了一种新颖的铈负载粉煤灰吸附剂.研究了在各种制备条件下制得的吸附剂对氟离子的去除效果.实验结果表明,在pH为8~10,接触时间为16h,焙烧温度为400℃,铈离子浓度为0.2g/L,改性酸浓度为6mol/L时制得的稀土粉煤灰吸附剂,在处理氟离子水溶液时,该吸附剂除氟能力达到了90%以上.并且对比了原状粉煤灰、酸改性粉煤灰和稀土粉煤灰去除氟离子的吸附效率和最佳pH值.

Abstract:In the present paper,a novel adsorbent,Ce-loaded fly ash was prepared. The removal of fluoride by Ce-loaded fly ash adsorbent was evaluated under various preparation conditions.Experimental results showed that this adsorbent,which prepared under the conditions of pH 8~10,modified acid concentration 6mol/L,cerium ions concentration 0.2mg/L,calcination temperature 400℃,and contact time 16h,exhibited maximum adsorption capacity of 90% when used to treat F- aqueous solution.Compared to raw fly ash and acid-modified fly ash,Ce-loaded fly ash showed the best ability to remove fluoride from F- aqueous solution.
