石墨/LiCoO_2锂离子电池研制

摘    要:本文报导了以石墨为负极、LiCoO_2为正极的可充电锂离子电池研制结果,通过采用合适的电解液体系及正负极匹配,研制出的AA型锂离子电池容量达到500mAh,可实现1倍率(即1C,500mA)快速充放电,平均工作电压达到3.6V,充放电循环寿命已达到300次。电池大电流及高低温放电性能良好。短路试验显示出锂离子电池具有良好的安全性。

Abstract:The characteristics of rechargeable lithium-ion batteries using graphite as -the negative material and LiCoO2 as the positive material were presented. AA size lithium-ion batteries had a capacity of 500mAh with the average operating voltage above 3. 6V ,could be charged and discharged at the rate of 1C with the cycle life over 300 cycles. Choosing appropriate organic solvents and the ratio of LiCoO2 to graphite were very important for lithium-ion batteries using graphite as negative material.
