摘    要:基于突变理论,对水电站环境影响综合评价及建设方案优选问题进行了探讨。示例表明,利用突变理论环境影响综合评价方法,从环境影响的角度对水电站建设方案进行优选是合理的、可行的。

Abstract:The environment impact synthetic assessment and construction scheme optimum selection problem of hydroelectric plant on the basis of catastrophe theory is approached.The given example shows that the optimum selection of hydroelectric plant construction scheme in view of environmental impact by use of catastrophe theory to assess synthetically is rational and feasible.
