| 摘 要： | 激光束的质量因子M2是一种全新描述激光束质量的参数,能够定量地表征单模、多模光束的传播特性.描述了M2因子的概念和测量方法,利用面阵CCD探测器研制一套光束质量测量系统,对激光束质量因子M2进行测量,并给出测量结果的不确定度.

| Abstract: | The quality factor of a laser beam often is characterized by parameter M 2.In our measurement system,we employed a CCD sensor to detect the beam profiles at different location in beam propagation direction,then utilized the data identification to calculate factor M 2.This paper give out the measurement results and tolerance limits. |
