摘    要:近年来,高压天然气长输管网迅速发展。为了回收天然气管网蕴含的巨大压力能,且同时满足城市燃气调峰的需要,提出了回收输气管网压力能的天然气液化调峰方案。在天然气管网的调压站安装带膨胀机或者涡流管的天然气液化装置,用气低谷时充分利用供气管网间的压差通过膨胀机或者涡流管等部件产生冷量用于液化天然气并储存起来,用气高峰时将液化天然气气化起到调峰作用。对目前常用的几种调峰方式进行了比较,分析了该方案具有的优势

Abstract:The high pressure and long distance transmission pipeline networks of natural gas have been developed rapidly as a result of increasing proportion of natural gas in Chinese primary energy consumption. In order to recover the pressure energy generated in the natural gas pipeline networks and to meet the demand of urban natural gas peak-shaving, LNG peak-shaving proposal was advanced to recover pressure energy of gas transmission pipeline networks. Firstly, retrofit pressure regulating stations with LNG facilities, like turboexpander or vortex tube. Then, utilize the pressure drop of pipelines to generate cold energy via turboexpander or vortex tube, to liquefy natural gas and store it at low ebbs, whereas gasify it to increase gas supply as a peak-shaving tool at peak season. Several common peak-shaving manners were compared, and a conclusion was made on the advantages of the method.
