人本主义思想与学生英语能力培养——基于情感和教师素质的研究

摘    要:人本主义思想属于心理学的范畴,诸多心理学家主张将人本主义思想应用于教育理论中,即主张以人为本的教育理念。人本主义学习活动对教师的教和学生的学都有许多积极的影响。可以改善师生关系,培养积极情感。人本主义思想的应用对教师提出了更高的要求,要加强个人综合素质的发展,有更加丰富的专业知识、心理学知识,了解学生的个人情感,利用灵活多样的方法、风趣幽默的个性品质吸引学生的注意力,从而提高英语教学质量。

Abstract:Humanistic activities influence teaching and learning positively: they could improve the relationship between students and teachers, and cultivate positive feelings. Applying humanistic theory means higher requirements for teachers to enhance their personal overall qualities: master extensive professional knowledge as well as psychological knowledge, explore students' emotions, and attempt to attract students' interests by using various techniques and humorous personalities, thus improving foreign language teaching.
