Humanism and the Cultivation of Students' Foreign Language Competence--analysis on the basis of feelings and teachers' qualities

Humanistic activities influence teaching and learning positively: they could improve the relationship between students and teachers, and cultivate positive feelings. Applying humanistic theory means higher requirements for teachers to enhance their personal overall qualities: master extensive professional knowledge as well as psychological knowledge, explore students' emotions, and attempt to attract students' interests by using various techniques and humorous personalities, thus improving foreign language teaching.
