电网相量同步动态监测系统

摘    要:介绍了基于GPS(全球卫星定位系统)和现代通信技术发展起来的一种全新的电网监测和控制手段——全网相量同步动态监测技术和应用该技术实现的电网相量同步动态监测系统的构成,并就该系统中相量测量装置(PMU)的设计原则和核心算法,以及系统通信方式的选择等关键技术进行了研究,同时对全网相量同步动态监测技术的应用前景进行了探讨,重点介绍了其在系统动态过程监测、不稳定预测、系统状态估计和失步保护与故障定位等方面的应用。

Abstract:It is presented an advanced dynamic synchronization monitoring technique in power systems and the constitution of dynamic synchronization monitoring system of electric power network phasor based on the technique.The technique was based on GPS and modern communication technology and used for monitoring and controlling of electric power network.It was studied such crucial techniques as the design principle,algorithm of phasor measure unit(PUM) and the selection of communication mode in this system.It is discussed the application prospecs of the technique,especially in such aspect as dynamic process monitoring of system,instable forecast,status estimate,synchronization loss protection and fault location.
