螺旋溜槽分选过程的随机数学模型

摘    要:根据矿粒在螺旋溜槽中的分选原理,用马尔可夫过程描述矿粒按密度和粒度的分层,建立分层的随机模型。用统计数学中的F-分布描述分层后的矿粒在溜槽径向的再分布,然后将两者结合建立能完全描述矿粒在螺旋溜槽中分选行为的随机数学模型。该模型不仅考虑了随机因素对分选的影响,而且能定量预测诸如精矿产率、品位和回收率指标。模型经石英+赤铁矿人工混合矿及东鞍山赤铁矿矿石试验结果验证,拟合度较高。

Abstract:Based on the separation mechanism of spiral sluice the mineral stratiflca-tion against the particle density is described by means of triangle Markov chain to estaNish a stratification random model. Moreover,the re-distribution of stratified particles along the radial direction of the sluice is further described by using the F-distribution of statistical mathematics. Combining those results the author estabiishes a mathematical model which can fully describe the min-eral separation in spiral sluice,The model not only reflects the influence of random factors on separation,but also predicts quantitatively the weight per-centage,grade and recovery of SluiCe concentrate,The model can fit the test data quite well on an artificiai ore composed of pure quartz and hematite,and on the real hematite ore from Donganshan Iron Mine, Northeast China.
