| 摘 要： | 金刚石锯片在锯切石材的过程中,刀头的磨损状况决定锯片的工作状况。刀头的磨损实质即金刚石的磨损与胎体的磨损。从影响金刚石受力的因素分析金刚石的磨损机理。根据胎体的作用论述胎体成分的改进及胎体与金刚石的相互关系,并分析了金刚石刀头的磨损及其结构设计。

| Abstract: | Diamond sawblade behaviour is determined by the wear of diamond segments in the process of cutting stone materials.Virtually the wear of diamond segments consists in the wear of diamond particles and matrixes.Mechanism of diamond wear was analyzed on the basis of the factors that effected the forces exerted to diamond particles.Improvements on matrix composition and the relationship between matrix and diamond particles were discussed in the light of the role of matrix,and the wear progression in diamond segment and its structural design were analyzed. |
