松节油直接水合反应研究

摘    要:以大孔强酸性阳离子交换树脂Amberlyst 15为催化剂,松节油水合反应,生成主要产物α-松油醇,在此过程,α-蒎烯同时在催化条件下发生异构化反应,生成一些单环萜烯。实验在搅拌釜反应器内分别考察了搅拌速度、催化剂种类、溶剂种类、催化剂质量分数、反应物质量比、温度及反应时间对松节油转化率和α-松油醇收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件:催化剂质量为物料总质量的15%,m(松节油)∶m(水)∶m(异丙醇)=1∶1∶2,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h。并以此为反应条件,在中试规模的喷射反应器内进行放大实验,反应4 h后,松节油转化率约为85%,α-松油醇得率约为35%,达到较好反应结果。

Abstract:Turpentine hydration was studied by using macropore and strong acidic cation exchange resins Amberlyst 15(wet) as catalysts.α-Terpineol was obtained as main product.In this process,the isomerization of α-pinene also took place under the catalytic condition and monocyclic terpene was formed.The effects of different parameters such as speed of agitation,different types of catalysts and solvents,mass fraction of catalyst,mass ratio of reactants,temperature and reaction time on the conversion of turpentine and the yield of α-terpineol were investigated to obtain the optimal reaction conditions in a stirred-tank reactor.The preferred reactive conditions were determined as follows: catalyst loading 15% based on the total reactants mass,m(turpentine) ∶m(water) ∶m(isopropyl alcohol)=1 ∶1 ∶2,reaction temperature 70 ℃,and reaction time 4 h.Under these conditions the experiment was carried out using a novel pilot-scale jet reactor to reach the excellent performance.The conversion rate of turpentine and the yield of α-terpineol are about 85% and 35% respectively after reacting for 4 h.
