摘    要:某均热炉厂房结构在工作中出现明显振动,对其开展结构实际振动测试和现场检查,发现吊车梁上翼缘与柱和制动结构的连接螺栓大部分松动、脱落,导致天车水平荷载无法有效传递。经对吊车梁承载力验算表明,吊车梁与制动结构的连接松动后,吊车梁承载能力不满足要求,存在安全隐患。

Abstract:Obvious vibration occurred in the structure of soaking pit house,calculation,vibration test and on-site inspection were carried out for the actual structure,it was found that most of bolts connecting the crane beam upper flange and column and brake structure loosed,leading to the fact that crane horizontal load cannot be transferred effectively. The check on the bearing capacity of the crane beam showed that after the connection between the crane beam and the brake structure loosed the bearing capacity of the crane beam could not meet the requirement,which led to a hidden danger.
