坚持绿色发展 维护生态安全

在我国城乡建设取得了巨大成就的同时,也面临资源消耗过快,环境质量迅速下降的挑战。最近几年全国环境问题日益突出,空气污染不断加剧,国家虽然在节能减排、治理环境方面付出巨大的努力,但环境状况不断下降的局面还没有得到有效遏制。在关注工业污染和交通污染的同时,还应注意城市规划和建设质量的问题,通过加强对大型公共建筑、既有建筑和农村建筑的节能管理,实现建筑节能的全覆盖,减少和降低城乡建筑对能源的消耗,实施国家绿色生态战略,在实现经济发展的同时,使城乡环境得到明显的改善。

INSISTING ON GREEN DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTAINING SAFETY ECOLOGY

As the rapid development of urban and rural construction in China,there is also the challenge of increasing resource-consuming and rapid dropping environmental quality. The environmental problem is increasingly outstanding and the air pollution is rising in recent years. Although a lot of work has been done in the energy-saving emission reduction and treating environment,the deterioration of environment has not been inhibited effectively. While focusing on the traffic and industrial air pollution,much attention should be paid to urban planning and construction quality problems. Through strengthening the energy conservation management for the mix-used buildings,the existing and rural buildings,a more complete coverage of building energy-saving could be developed,to reduce energy consumption by urban and rural constructions. The implementation of the national green ecological strategy could improve the urban and rural environment,while achieving the economy development.
