一体化外置式换热器的物料流动特性

摘    要:对循环流化床锅炉一体化外置式换热器在单边运行时的物料流动特性进行了冷态试验研究.结果表明:该外置式换热器具有很好的自平衡特性;各仓室流化风速的改变会引起颗粒夹带速率及各仓室压力分布的变化,通过调节各仓室的流化风速可以很好地控制进入外置式换热器和回料密封的物料流量.同时,还建立了孔口两侧压差与通过孔口处的固体流率之间的经验关系式,并定义了孔口流量系数.试验数据表明:所建立的关系式可以很好地用于预测固体流率与孔口压降之间的关系.

Abstract:Cold test study on the material flow characteristics in the integrated external heat exchanger(EHE) used for fluidized bed boiler was carried out under the condition of one-side operation.Results show that the EHE has excellent self-balance capability;The change of the fluidized velocity of each chamber leads to the change of particle entraining rate and pressure distribution in each chamber,so the solids flow rate into the EHE and back to the seal circuit can be well controlled by adjusting the fluidized velocity of each chamber.At the same time,an empirical relationship between the pressure drop of the orifice and solids flow rate across the orifice was set up and the orifice discharge coefficient was defined.The experimental data indicate that the relationship set up can well predict the relation between solid flow rate and pressure drop of the orifice.
