| 摘 要： | 根据我国节能法，为实现建筑节能50％的第二阶段目标，分析了我国住宅楼传统的采暖供热系统存在的一些问题，认为实行分户计量，分户控制供热系统是解决供热收费难、优化小区物业管理、实现供热系统中建筑节能的唯一途径。并提出了分户控制系统的安装型式，以有采用分户控制系统对采暖热负荷计算的影响。

| Abstract: | According to energy saving law of my country and in order to realize the aim of the second stage as saving 50% energy this paper analyzes some questions exiting in traditional heat supply system of residential building. Author considers the heat supply system of controlling as family is sole route to solve the difficult charging, optimize reality management of district and realize the energy saving of building. The installation mode of controlling system as family and the influence to thermal load compute are proposed. |
