摘 要: | 建立了应用迎头色谱技术测量分子筛中扩散系数的方法。本文详细讨论了处理迎头曲线的简化模型。在认为过程是微分床条件下,其简化模型为: C/C_0=1-(6VDK/FR~2)sum from n=1 to ∞ exp(-(n~2π~2Dt/R~2)) 在考虑床层条件下,其简化模型当Z较小,时间较长时为: 实例分析表明,简化模型与严格理论模型结果一致。

Measurement of Diffusivity in Zeolite Molecular Sieves Using Frontal Gas Chromatographic Method Ⅰ. Analysis of Breakthrough Curve Using Different Theoretical Models |

Abstract: | The frontal gas chromatographic method is established for measuring the diffusivity in zeolite molecular sieves, Report 1 gives the simplified models for analyzing the breakthrough curves. When the process is differential-bed, the simplified model is: C/C_o=1-(6VDK)/(FR~2) sum from n=1 to ∞ exp(-(n~2π~2Dt)/R~2And when the bed should be considered, the simplified model is: li C/C_o=-(6(1-ε))/ε·(DK)/R~2·Z/v exp(-(π~2Dt)/R~2when Z is small and time is long.The experimental results show that the results of simplified models are consistent with those of strict theoretical model. |
