| 摘 要： | 以寿命服从正态分布的刀具为研究对象,结合传统经济订货批量模型,给出了在此基础上扩展的刀具的库存模型.在最后部分给出算例,可以明显看到用此模型优化库存的效果.

| Abstract: | In the current heated market competition,inventory management of the cutting tools is more and more important for enterprises.The inventory has to meet the demand of service level and minimize the cost.It has been proved that Normal distribution is fit for the cutting tools life in the reliability theory.So,in this paper the cutting tools whose lives are distributed as the Normal distribution are researched.Then combining with the traditional economic order quantity(EOQ) model,the expanded inventory model comes out.Finally, through a case the effect of the optimization is in evidence. |
