| 摘 要： | 通过试呼观察和分析，找出了６ ＭＳ 局与某端局之间出现接通率低这一异常现象的原因，并有针对性地进行了处理，同时为避免其它局也出现类似的问题，提出了改进的建议。

| Abstract: | The reason of lower percentage of successful connections that happened between 6MS and a certain terminal office have been found through test call and analysis. To counter this condition, the processing methods have been made. At the same time, the author puts forward the improvement suggestion to avoid happening the same problem in other terminal offices. |
