基于公理设计理论的减速器产品结构分析

提出基于公理设计（Axiomatic design，AD）的产品设计框架模型，通过对减速器功能需求与设计参数的逐层分解和映射，得到了满足客户需求的功能一结构关系和设计矩阵，阐述了减速器的公理设计过程，分析了减速器设计的结构合理性，所提出的方法能有效指导工程机械产品的方案设计．

Structural Analysis of Speed Reducer Product Based on Axiomatic Design Theory

To study the product design rationality of existing speed reducer,a product design framework model is proposed based on axiomatic design theory. By decomposition and mapping between functional requirements and design parameters of speed reducer, a functionstructure relationship and design matrixs which satisfied customers are obtained. And the process of axiomatic design for speed reducer on the basis of application is elaborated in detail in the paper. Structure rationality of existing speed reducer design is analyzed. For the purpose of engineering design, a case study on speed reducer design is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
