海逸景园基坑支护局部失稳处置施工实践

本工程基坑采用旋喷桩止水帷幕 锚杆 钢丝网喷射混凝土面层支护体系,由于场地地质条件复杂,在施工期间支护体系出现了局部失稳现象.通过对失稳的边坡进行综合分析,找出失稳的原因,根据现场情况进行了紧急加固处理,使边坡变形趋于稳定,通过深化设计完成基坑超深开挖.本工程基坑支护方法对以后预防同类事故的发生和发生事故后的处理具有一定的借鉴意义.

Construction Practice in the Treatment of Local Instability of Foundation Pit Support in Haiyijingyuan Residence Buildings

The shoring system of rotating water-resisting curtains and anchor bars as well as the steel-wire-net concrete pavement was used in the foundation pit of this project.Because of the complicated conditions at the construction site,the local instability happened in the shoring system during the construction period.By means of the comprehensive analysis of the instable slope,we found the cause and conducted the emergency reinforcement treatment according to the practical situation to make the slope deformation stable.In line with the detailed design,we completed the extra deep excavation of the foundation pit.The practice of the foundation pit support in this project is of significance for the prevention and treatment of similar cases in the future.
