摘    要:针对井工一矿上仓带式输送机原电控系统存在的问题,采用低压变频启动装置,配以更大功率的主驱动电机(变频电机),并与现有的矿井自动化系统相融合。通过技术改造,既提高了运力及安全性能,又有明显的节能效果。

Abstract:According to the problem of the original electric control system on belt conveyer at No.1 shaft up-loading pocket,uses low voltage frequency transformer to start the device,with higher power main driving electric motor,combined with the existing coal automatic system.The transportation capacity and safety performance is improved by technique modification and has obvious energy conservation effect.
