| 摘 要： | 鉴于PLA纤维的熔点较低,不耐高温和强碱,采用酶退浆、常规的酸性染色,pH值控制在5～6;松式烘干再辅以适当冷轧光,以获得色牢度、手感、光泽俱佳的织物.例举了羊毛/PLA纤维交织物、PLA/棉混纺织物的实际染色工艺,并给出生产中的注意事项.

| Abstract: | Chemical structures and properties of corn fibers are analyzed. Owing to low melting point, non-endurance to alkali and high temperature, a suitable process of enzyme desizing, conventional acidic dyeing at pH value 5 - 6, relax drying and cold calendaring is undergone, which enables the corn fiber fabric excellent color fastness, soft handle and luster, Practical applications of wool/corn fiber mixture, corn fiber/cotton blended fabric are illustrated, matters for attention are advanced. |
