镀锡机组软熔导电辊失效分析

摘    要:1420mm冷轧单元镀锡机组软熔导电辊的使用寿命短,一定程度上制约了机组的正常生产,抢修频繁。对软熔导电辊的失效原因进行初步分析,认为主要是粘和磨损所造成的综合失效;提出了改善导电辊粗糙度形态、提高耐磨性和变更带出槽工艺、改善软熔导电辊工况、减少粘锡等解决对策。

Abstract:The short service life span of ETL for 1420mm leads up to frequent salvaging,which affects the normal production to an extant.It is proved that the failure of reflowing conductive roll is due to tin sticking and wear by tentative analysis.Some countermeasures are also put forward,such as improving the roughness form,wear ability and working condition of reflow conduct roll,altering strip dragout process and reducing tin sticking defect,and so on.
