| 摘 要： | 随着电力科学的不断进步、电力技术的不断提高以及新的设备和装置的投入使用，虽然PSS/E软件提供了许多标准及非标准模型，但是仍然无法满足系统仿真的需要，因此有必要对PSS/E进行自定义模型的研究。阐述了PSS/E软件中自定义模型的应用，深入分析了自适应低频减载的基本原理。在PSS/E软件上应用FLECS语言建立了具有自适应低频减载功能的自定义模型。并通过IEEE3机测试系统，仿真实现了一种自适应低频减载方案，并与传统减载方案进行了分析比较。结果表明新的减载模型定义准确，自适应方案与传统方案相比具有减载准确、迅速、频率恢复较快等优点。
