应用导师制培养青年科技人才的实践探索

Practice- based Exploration of the Application of the Tutorial System in Cultivating Young Scientific and Technical Personnel

In its application of the tutorial system to cultivate young scientific and technical personnel, Petroleum Explorationand Production Research Institute of SINOPEC clearly identifies the core of the tutorial system, and concentrates on such crucial activities as developing a tutor pool, defining training orientation and content, and building a cultivation platform. The Institute also highlights tutors＇ guiding role and stimulates trainees＇ enthusiasm during the process to give full play to both of their initiatives. Consequenfly, satisfying results have been made and lessons are learnt.
