| 摘 要： | 为解决配电自动化系统中配电终端在104规约实现上的兼容性和互操作性问题,在安装前需根据国家行业标准对配电终端进行104规约测试。本文结合长沙麓谷经济开发区配电自动化试点工程,对104规约的测试内容、测试方法进行了探讨,并总结了配电终端在104规约的实现上不符合国家行业标准的情况。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve the interoperability and compatibility in realization of IEC60870-5-104 protocol in the Distribution Terminal Units （DTUs）, it is required that every DTU be tested before installation according to the national industry standard. The test items and the test methods are discussed based on the distribution automation pilot project in Changsha Lu Valley Economic Development Zone. |
