委内瑞拉超稠油降黏体系静态稳定性研究

摘    要:以委内瑞拉超稠油降黏体系静态稳定性为研究目标,采用不同类型降黏剂制备了委内瑞拉超稠油水包油(O/W)降黏体系。以超稠油O/W降黏体系的表观黏度为主要评价手段,考察了降黏剂的类型及用量、油与水体积比(简称油水比)、温度及搅拌转速对超稠油O/W降黏体系静态稳定性的影响。室内实验结果表明,采用自制活性大分子涂层降黏剂得到的委内瑞拉超稠油O/W降黏体系的静态稳定性更为优越,在涂层降黏剂用量0.15%(w)、油水比10:3、温度25℃和搅拌转速1 500 r/min的条件下,得到的超稠油O/W降黏体系在静置60 d后表观黏度仍小于1 000 MPa.s,具有很好的静态稳定性。

Abstract:An oil-in-water(O/W) system for Venezuela ultra heavy oil viscosity reduction was prepared using an active macromolecule coating viscosity reducer for the static stability of the system.The effects of different types of viscosity reducers,oil-water ratio,temperature and stirring speed on the static stability of the viscosity reduction system were investigated by the apparent viscosity.Under the conditions of 0.15%(mass fraction) coating viscosity reducer,10:3 oil-water volume ratio,25 ℃ and 1 500 r/min stirring speed,the apparent viscosity of the heavy oil keeps less than 1 000 MPa·s after 60 days.The experimental results indicate that the O/W ultra heavy oil viscosity reduction system prepared by coating viscosity reducer has good static stability.
