摘    要:企业的公众形象是一个企业文化的外在表现,并与企业的绩效紧密相连,良好的企业公众形象能够不断促进企业绩效的良性增长。当前,石油企业的社会公众形象正受到人们的广泛关注。如何树立并维护一个良好的公众形象,为企业的发展提供正能量,是摆在石油企业面前的一个重要课题。

Abstract:Corporate public image is the outward manifestation of an enterprise's culture and is closely linked with its performance. A good public image can consistently drive the healthy growth of an enterprise' s performance. At present, the public image of petroleum enterprises is drawing wide attention. How to establish and maintain a good public image to provide positive energy for enterprises' development is an important task faced by petroleum enterprises.
