摘    要:在企业干部培训中突出学员的主体地位,是马克思主义认识论与科学发展观在培训工作中的体现,符合成人学习方式与现代培训理念。突出学员的主体地位,需要加强需求调研、创新培训方式、健全管理制度、提升服务水平,推动学员行为改变与成果转化。突出学员主体地位,应当体现在培训项目实施的全方位全过程中,并以充分发挥教师的主导作用为前提,同时克服学员个人中心主义和学习功利主义。

Abstract:Giving prominence to trainees' leading role in corporate management training is the embodiment in training of Marxist epistemology and scientific outlook on development, and falls in line with the learning methods of adults and modern training concepts. Giving prominence to trainees' leading role requires enhancing demands survey, innovating training methods, improving management systems, improving services, and promoting trainee - behavior changes as well as transfer of training outcome. Trainees' leading role should be highhghted in an all round way during the whole process of any training project, with a prerequisite being that teachers' guiding role be given full play. At the same time, egoism and utilitarianism should be prevented from development during training.
