钢筋混凝土蜂巢芯空心楼盖的有限元分析

摘    要:建立与试验相同尺寸的有限元模型,模拟在弹性阶段受力,将得到的有限元计算结果与试验结果进行比较,并建立了实心板、密肋板的有限元模型,进行对比得出结论:蜂巢芯空心楼盖与密肋楼盖相比,在自重增加很小的情况下,挠度降低很多,说明这种结构形式具有较好的刚度。蜂巢芯空心楼盖与实心楼盖相比,在挠度增长不多的情况下,自重大幅度下降,可以大大节约混凝土的用量。因此这种结构形式在工程中应用的前景极为广阔。

Abstract:The finite element's models of the same as the testing floors are set up.Comparing the finite element calculation with test' data under elastic period,the conclusion shows the finite element calculation is right.The finite element's models of waffle floor and solid floor are set up.The result is that as compared to waffle floor,the deformation of the honeycombed-core hollow floor is less than the former;as compared to solid floor,the weight of the honeycombed-core hollow floor reduces a lot.So this new style of floor will be spread in the future.
