摘    要:进行了大电机定子线棒多因子老化实验 ,实验表明在电机定子线棒多因子老化过程中其最大放电量没有明显的变化规律 ,仅用最大放电量评定定子绝缘的老化状态有一定的局限性。提出了用最大放电量增加率来评定电机绝缘老化状态的新方法并验证了该方法的有效性

Abstract:The insulation properties of large motor will deteriorate continually because the insulation is always subjected to the combination of thermal,mechanical,electrical and environmental stresses during the long-term operation.In this paper,the multifactors accelerating aging experiment based on the stator bar of large motor has been conducted in the laboratory.The results of the experiment show that the maximum PD quantity has no apparent developing rule, so the method of evaluating insulation condition by using maximum PD quantity is unreliable in some extent.The increasing rate of maximum PD quantity is stated to evaluate the aging condition of stator insulation in this paper, and the validity of this method is verified by multifactors aging experiment.
