大型乙烯裂解炉辐射传热的研究

摘    要:应用概率统计理论尤其是用蒙特卡罗法对裂解炉管外辐射传热过程温度分布多维模型的开发研究,将计算结果应用到新建或扩建大型裂解炉的设计、采购、建设总承包项目和PMC工程项目管理中,可以提高裂解技术水平、降低投资费用并延长裂解炉运行周期。对于已建成并正在运行的大型裂解炉进行完善和优化,使裂解炉平稳运行,并延长裂解炉的使用寿命。

Abstract:The traditional method of zero dimension model of radiation heat transfer in ethylene cracking furnace is not applicable large scale cracking heater.We describes that probability and statistics method especially Monte Carlo method holds true for large scale cracking furnace. Study on multiple dimensions model of radiation heat transfer in cracking furnace , there will increase cracking technology level and reduce invest fee of cracking heater and prolong pyrolysis furnace run length in EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and PMC(Project Management Controlling)for building new pyrolysis heater or revamping existing large scale cracking furnace. Using Monte Carlo method optimizes large scale cracking furnace which heater has built up already. The large scale cracking heater which furnace is running now is perfected and prolongs furnace life of employing.
