自催化麦草乙醇法制浆过程中木素结构的变化

摘    要:以麦草原料为对象,在原有工艺与机理研究的基础上,通过对乙醇浆中残余木素及溶出木素的紫外、红外和^1H核磁共振波谱的分析,对麦草自催化乙醇法制浆过程中木素的结构变化进行了研究.实验证明,麦草自催化乙醇法制浆过程中愈创木基最易脱除,其次是对羟苯基,紫丁香基最难脱除.由此推断,乙醇法制浆过程中有局部化学效应,木素脱除首先从胞间层开始,胞间层木素脱除后原料便已成浆.

Abstract:Configuration transformation of lignin in wheat straw auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping process is studied by UV,FT-IR and 1H-NMR in this paper.The results show that guaiacyl(G) units are the easiest to remove,followed by p-hydroxyphenyl propane(H) units and syringyl(S) units during pulping process.This is different from the Soda-AQ pulping.The effect of topochemistry exists during ethanol pulping process.At first,lignin in middle lamella is removed,when this part of lignin is fully removed,wheat straw changes into pulp.
