可降解高分子量聚丁二酸己二醇酯的合成与表征

摘    要:以丁二酸和1,6-己二醇为原料,以十氢萘为溶剂,进行直接缩合,合成了高分子量的聚丁二酸己二醇酯,产率达到95.5%。用FTIR和1H-NMR对其结构进行表征,GPC测得其数均分子量为46503,DSC测得其熔点为61.3℃,拉伸强度为30.9MPa,断裂伸长率为869.5%。

Abstract:High molecular weight biodegradable poly(hexane-succinate) was synthesized by direct polycondensation from succinic acid and 1,6-hexanediol,the chemical structure was identified by FTIR and ~1H-NMR,the intrinsic viscosity was measured by Ubbelohde viscometer,the melting point was determined by DSC,and the tensile strength was 30.9MPa,the elongation at break was 869.5%,in the synthesis procedure high molecular weight of product(Mn=46503) was obtained with the yield of 95.5%.
